BFF’s Get Free: April Bell

April Bell is a Black woman researcher in Alameda, CA who focuses on Black adolescent women and girls, bodily autonomy, sexual autonomy, and positive sexuality. In this oral history, she shares her Black feminist journey beginning in Northwest Indiana and extending to a global understanding through her work in Sub-Saharan Africa.
